The classic lines of the Malibu are paired with a collection of modern drivetrain, braking, cooling, and interior upgrades. Under the hood is a fuel-injected 6.0-liter LS V8 paired with a T-56 6-speed manual transmission. An ACES EFI system and ACES intake manifold handle the fuel-injection setup, while an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans provides the cooling system. Wilwood brakes add another performance-focused component to the build. Slide into the Black vinyl interior, take hold of the billet steering wheel, and reach for the billet shifter controlling the 6-speed manual. Power steering assists from behind the wheel, while air conditioning adds comfort for a leisurely drive. The combination of the LS V8 and manual transmission keeps the driver directly involved as you work through the gears and settle into the road ahead. Inside, a touchscreen provides access to the EFI system, while a RetroSound radio and JVC audio components provide the sound system. The cabin also includes seatbelts and maintains the Black vinyl color combination against the Malibu’s Red exterior. Rally wheels and radial tires complete the exterior presentation.
