Accessibility
Buying a car online should work for everyone. We want the whole experience — browsing inventory, getting a trade-in estimate, building a deal, and signing — to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or whatever else you rely on.
The standard we build to
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means every control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, form fields have real labels, images carry text alternatives, text meets minimum contrast, and changes on the page are announced rather than shown by colour alone.
Where we are
Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a box we tick once. We audit the site, fix what we find, and keep automated checks in our build so the same problems don't come back. Some areas are further along than others, and we're still working through known gaps.
Third-party tools
A few parts of the purchase flow run on services we don't control — identity verification, credit applications, and document signing among them. We choose partners with accessibility in mind, but we can't guarantee their interfaces. If one of them blocks you, tell us and we will find another way to get you through.
Tell us what isn't working
If any part of this site gets in your way, we want to hear about it — it's the fastest way for us to fix it. Email support@keysy.com with the page you were on and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days, and we'll help you complete whatever you were trying to do in the meantime.
