3-Day Return Policy

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, your purchase includes a complimentary 3-Day Return Policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may return your vehicle for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Return Notice: You must provide written notice of your intent to return the vehicle by emailing returns@keysy.com within:
    1. a. Three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase OR
    2. b. Before the vehicle has been driven more than 300 miles, whichever comes first.
  2. Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased, including:
    • No new damage (e.g., dents, scratches, windshield cracks, interior stains)
    • No mechanical or electrical issues not present at the time of sale
    • All included accessories, documents, and keys must be returned
  3. Cleanliness: If the vehicle is returned in excessively dirty condition (interior or exterior), a $250 detailing fee may be deducted from the refund.
Return Process
  1. Send an email to returns@keysy.com including:
    • Your full name
    • Vehicle year, make, and model
    • VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
    • Purchase date
    • Reason for return (optional)
    • Current Odometer reading (Miles)
  2. A Keysy representative will contact you within 1 business day to confirm return eligibility and arrange inspection and pickup/drop-off logistics.
Additional Terms
  • Vehicles must not be resold, modified, or used commercially during the return window.
  • Keysy reserves the right to deny the return if the vehicle is not in substantially the same condition as at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is approved and completed.
