Its reported to be all original and there is no reason to believe its not. The 239ci Flathead V8 runs well enough and could use a tune-up, but the car does shift and stop well, and the brakes work well too. The body has no signs of rot and outside of minor dings and a few scratches and paint imperfections it is in remarkable condition. The interior is all there with the wear expected of a car of this vintage minus major rips and tears. The seller purchased the car from an estate sell and it hasnt been on the road in a while. This 41 Tudor is equipped with period correct AM radio, hubcaps, wide white wall tires (bias-ply) and the addition of seat belts. This is a great candidate for full restoration or a tinker while you drive project.
