Gateway Classic Cars St. Louis showroom is happy to digitally present the 2005 Jeep Wrangler LJ Unlimited. 2005 was the final year for the second-generation Wrangler. The prior year, Jeep reintroduced the longer wheel base (LJ), providing much more leg room, cargo room, and towing capacity. This beautiful example defies its age, and has had many upgrades to keep up with the times. In 2021 many new replacement upgrades were made. Underneath, larger wheels and tires from a Rubicon replaced the stock wheels. A 3-inch lift kit with new coils and shocks provide the clearance and ride. New, adjustable tracking arms, both front and rear. All new heavy duty control arms, top and bottom, front and rear. The limited slip rear end is geared 3.73. The appearance was freshened with the addition of new front fenders and all four flairs. This Wrangler features rock rails, heavy duty front and rear bumpers, and off-road lighting. Half-doors are provided in addition to the stock doors. Mechanically, there is a new radiator, A/C coil radiator and A/C components. The motor was fully checked by ASA Certified Mechanic, given fresh gaskets, fluids, filters, and even had the fuel tank cleaned. Feel secure knowing the entire braking system was completely overhauled with new calipers, rotors, and pads. A new exhaust system was installed. High-quality seat covers provide some color change to the interior, but the original upholstery underneath is in very nice condition. The current owner has done a lot to ensure this 2005 Wrangler Unlimited will be able to provide its next owner with a long continued life of enjoyment and fun!
